After live, our helpdesk manned by experienced people will provide our customers with on-going support. Incidents and issues reported will be logged, monitored, tracked and resolved with the aid of our helpdesk solution. On a periodic basis we will share with our customers the performance of our helpdesk support including the performance of our customer’s use of our business solution based on the reported incidents.

Customers can communicate with us via the many channels such as phone, e-mail and fax. With the appropriate authorization by our customer, we can have remote access to our customer’s business solution. And should situation necessitate, on-site services can be expected of us.
